Given by the board for the purposes of section 164 of the Workers' Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981. Notice is given that on 17 october 2023, the governor, acting under section 164 of the workers' compensation and injury management act 1981 (the act) and with the advice and consent of executive council, exempted the employer below, from the obligation to insure pursuant to the act, except for the obligation to insure against liability to pay compensation under the act for, or to pay damages in respect of, any industrial disease of the kinds referred to in section 151(a)(iii) of that act. This exemption ensures the below employer is included as part of csr limited's group employer exemption.
