Creditors and other persons having claims (pursuant to Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA)) in respect of the estate of the deceased are required to send particulars of their claims to the executor, Mahdi Kniest Trundle, 11 Whimbrel Way, Harrisdale, Western Australia 6112, within 30 days of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the executor then have notice.
