In the estate of Eugene Edward Morgan who died on 8 July 2025, of 1 Mocardy Street, Wongan Hills, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person are required by the Executor of the deceased’s estate being Celeste Veronica McPhee care of Lark Lawyers, PO Box 510, Leederville WA 6903, to send particulars of their claims to her by 15 January 2026, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the Executor then has notice.
