Any creditors having claims on the estate of the late Rui Higino De Abreu of [contact details redacted] of Western Australia, deceased 4 February 2017, are required to send particulars of their claims to Maria Ligia Da Luz, executor, c/- Avery & Ashoorian Lawyers of Suites 2A & 2B, [contact details redacted] of Western Australia by 27 September 2019 after which date the executor may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
