Any creditors having claims on the estate of the late Rui Higino De Abreu of 6 Turfan Way, Munster in the State of Western Australia, deceased 4 February 2017, are required to send particulars of their claims to Maria Ligia Da Luz, executor, c/- Avery & Ashoorian Lawyers of Suites 2A & 2B, 275 Marmion Street, Melville in the State of Western Australia by 27 September 2019 after which date the executor may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
