These regulations amend the School Education Regulations 2000. They relate to criteria prescribed (Act s. 76(2)): holder of or applicant for Schedule 2 visa. Schedules 2 and 3A are replaced, concerning entitlement to enrolment at government school and overseas students with entitlement to enrolment at government school.
