Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 26 January 2026 at Singleton Community Aged Care, [contact details redacted] 6175 are required by the Executor, Gregory Richard Jefferson, of [contact details redacted] 6171, to send particulars of their claims to him within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
