RA402 RACING AND WAGERING WESTERN AUSTRALIA ACT 2003 RWWA RULES OF HARNESS RACING 2004 In accordance with Section 45 (1) (b) of the Racing and Wagering Western Australia Act 2003, notice is hereby given that the Board of Racing and Wagering WA on 15 December 2025 resolved that the RWWA Rules of Harness Racing 2004 be amended as follows— Amendments to Local Rules effective 1 January 2026 Add Local Rule 193 Add Local Definition Title: ‘Stomach-tubing’ “Stomach-tubing” (and variations of that term) means the application to a horse of a naso-gastric tube. A copy of the above rules may be obtained during office hours from the RWWA offices at 14 Hasler Road, Osborne Park 6017, WA or Racing and Wagering Western Australia website, www.rwwa.com.au.
