Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 21 march 2019, are required by gillian rae phillips and penelope jean phillips the joint executors of his last will and testament to send particulars of their claims to gillian phillips of 5 doyle street mosman park wa 6012 by friday 14 june 2019, after which date the executors of the estate may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
