I, dave kelly, minister for fisheries, western australia, hereby give notice under section 97(9) of the fish resources management act 1994 that i have granted an aquaculture lease to huon aquaculture company pty ltd (acn 067 386 109) within the mid-west aquaculture development zone at the abrolhos islands for a term ending 30 june 2038. details of the lease are available from the register maintained by the department of primary industries and regional development, perth.
