Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the City of Busselton resolved on 21 September 2022 to make the following local law: City of Busselton Holiday Homes Amendment Local Law 2022. This local law amends the City of Busselton Holiday Homes Local Law 2012, published in the Government Gazette on 30 April 2012. Various clauses are amended to change references from “24 hours” to “12 hours”. Schedule 2 is amended to change modified penalties.
