Take notice that Nicholas Lach of 10 Silvereye Close, East Cannington has made application to be registered under the Act as proprietor of an estate in fee simple in possession in the land situated at 36089 Albany Highway, Albany in all of that land being Plantagenet Location 157 containing 15.134 hectares being the whole of the Land comprised in Memorial Book XXV No. 1838. All persons other than the applicant claiming any estate right title or interest in the above land and desiring to object to the application are required to lodge with Landgate on or before 25 March 2019 a caveat forbidding the land being brought under the operation of the Act.
