Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 13 june 2025, are required by the executor of the estate to send particulars of their claims to po box 1907, busselton wa 6280 within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which the executor of the estate may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
