Notice is given that on 18 july 2017, the governor, acting under section 164 of the workers’ compensation and injury management act 1981 and with the advice and consent of executive council, extended the exemption of myer holdings ltd from the requirement to insure to its subsidiary, fss retail pty ltd. This exemption ensures the above employer is included as part of myer holdings ltd exempt employer approval.
