In the matter of the estate of Carlo Di Lena, late of [contact details redacted] Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relate in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 23rd day of June 2019, are required by the executrix, Linda Sala Tenna, to send the particulars of their claim to Messrs Taylor Smart of Level 2, [contact details redacted] of Western Australia, by the 31st day of December 2021, after which date the said executrix may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has had notice.
