The salaries and allowances tribunal has issued a determination to acknowledge that certain positions at the Department of the Premier and Cabinet have been removed from the special division of the wa public service. The determination of the salaries and allowances tribunal made on 20 june 2017 under sections 6(1)(c), (d) and (e) of the salaries and allowances act 1975, as amended from time to time, is hereby varied by a determination set out below.
