Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased who died on 22 april 2018 are required by the personal representative, leonie barbara heydon c/- carlo primerano & associates barristers and solicitors, suite 12, [contact details redacted] 6100 to send particulars of their claims to her by 24 june 2019 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
