It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Swan Local Planning Scheme amendment on 20 December 2017 for the purpose of— rezoning the following lots from ‘Highway Service’ and ‘Residential’ zones to ‘General Commercial’ Zones— lots 38 (d63872), 405, 406, 407 & 1 (d40987) Great Eastern Highway, pt lot 498, lots 499, 500, 501, 502 & 503 Blackburn Street, Bellevue. All lots apart from those listed are located on p2505.
