Under the powers conferred on it by the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007 and the Local Government Act 1995 and under all other enabling powers, the Council of the City of Joondalup resolved on 18 July 2017 to make the following local law. This local law may be cited as the City of Joondalup Waste Local Law 2017.
