Notice is given that the unincorporated partnership trading as ‘a plus business advisors’ which was constituted under the partnership act 1895 (wa) and which comprised of— 1 jura investments (wa) pty ltd acn 117659319 as trustee for the gda trust; 2 shaftesbury enterprises (wa) pty ltd acn 169505757 as trustee for the shaftesbury investment trust; (a plus business advisors partnership) has been dissolved as and from 31st march 2025 by way of a deed of dissolution dated 5th february 2025. The business of the a plus business advisors partnership has been transferred to, and will now be carried on by, jura investments (wa) pty ltd acn 117659319 as trustee for the gda trust. All debts due to and owing by the a plus business advisors partnership will be satisfied in full.
