Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the deceased who died between 12 July 2025 and 15 July 2025 are required by the legal personal representative Miranda Shakeshaft to send particulars of their claim to her at [contact details redacted] 30 days of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the legal personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which she then has notice.
