Notice Text
This scale of fees commences operation on 1 July 2020. The Public Trustee shall be reimbursed for all expenses that the Public Trustee properly incurs. Pursuant to section 5 of the Act, the Public Trustee may delegate his powers or duties. All fees referred to in this Scale of Fees are inclusive of any applicable GST. The Public Trustee commences to administer a deceased estate on the date that it accepts the estate for administration.
