I, Anthony Bullen, acting executive director, mineral titles, pursuant to the powers conferred on him by section 19 of the Mining Act 1978, hereby cancels the exemption of land described hereunder and originally declared on 19 august 1995 and published in the government gazette dated 25 august 1995.
