Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 21st september, 2024, are required by the personal representative/executor, suzanne evans of 136 knights rd, huonville, tas, 7109 to send particulars of their claims to her by the 30th day of april 2025, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
