Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 17 august 2024 at st john of god community hospice, are required by the executor and trustee robert john barnes, c/- mcvay bates & associates, 12/473 beach road, duncraig wa 6023 to send particulars of their claims to him within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor and trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
