Notice is given that her excellency the governor has been pleased to appoint in accordance with the provisions of section 182 of the planning and development act 2005 for a period of two years expiring on 12 february 2020— (a) mr ross allen hughes as a member and chairperson of the board of valuers with a remuneration of $230 per half day and $350 per full day for attendance at meetings of the board; and (b) (i) mr matthew john garmony; and (ii) mr dennis john volk, as members of the board of valuers each with a remuneration of $160 per half day and $240 per full day for attendance at meetings of the board.
