I, Kristian Hartley Dawson, Executive Director, Resource Tenure, pursuant to section 19 of the Mining Act 1978, hereby extend the exemption originally declared on 26 June 2006 and published in the Government Gazette dated 7 July 2006, for that area described hereunder (not being private land or land that is the subject of a mining tenement or an application for a mining tenement) from divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 25 June 2024.
