Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of joy kathleen clewley late of balmoral aged care, como and 15 dorrigo gardens, jane brook who died on 18 november 2024, are required by the executor leslie hammer of unit 1601, 96 bow river crescent, burswood to send particulars of their claims to him by april 1, 2025 after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he has then had notice.
