These regulations repeal the Electricity Industry (Independent Market Operator) Regulations 2004 and address the winding up of the affairs of the IMO. The IMO continues in existence for transitional purposes, and the Minister directs the dealing with residual assets and liabilities. The regulations also cover final reporting, reconciliation, and dissolution of the IMO.
