ZZ409 TRUSTEES ACT 1962 DECEASED ESTATES Notice to Creditors and Claimants Notice to Creditors and Claimants of Alan Stubbings late of 10 Sherlock Close, Gosnells, Western Australia, Retired Truck Driver, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 22 October 2025 are required by the Trustee Australian Executor Trustees Limited ACN 007 869 794 of GPO Box 2307, Melbourne, VIC 3001 to send particulars of their claim to them by 24 February 2026 after which date the Trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice. ———————————
