Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 41 of the Partnership Act 1895 (WA) that the Perth Power Partnership previously subsisting between the Kwinana Power Partnership (ABN 73 716 913 533) of L23, 2 Southbank Boulevard, Melbourne, VIC 3006 and Ratch-Australia Energy (Kwinana) Pte Ltd of L7, 111 Pacific Highway, North Sydney, NSW 2060 (ARBN 092 883 988) was dissolved by mutual consent as from the close of business on 30 May 2025.
