Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of Beris Athlea Shepherdson, late of 8 Nix Street Boyup Brook, Western Australia, deceased, who died on the 20th January 2024, are required by the Executor, Steven Hagan to send the particulars of their claims to him at 30 Charlottes Vista, Ellenbrook, Western Australia, 6069, within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date, the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
