Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 8 october 2018 are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims to the executor, derek gordon pool, po box 1845, busselton, western australia 6280 within one month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which he then has notice.
