Take notice that the partnership ac skinner & hm skinner between antony charles skinner and heather margaret skinner trading as woodcote dexters also trading as off the lane b&b also trading as gladstone earth and sea bed and breakfast dissolved on 3 january 2017. Heather margaret skinner assigned all her interest in the partnership to antony charles skinner thereby effecting a dissolution of the partnership. Antony charles skinner continues to operate the businesses in his sole capacity.
