Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 17 january 2021, are required by the executor brian harold reardon of 18 gausson turn, ashby, western australia to send particulars of their claims to him by 18 june 2021 after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
