Creditors and other persons having a claim (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the deceased who died on 30th July 2025, are required by the executor Hayden Wayne Smith of 17 Whitfield Road Jurien Bay WA 6516, to send the particulars of their claims to po box 227 Jurien Bay 6516 wa by one month of publication of this notice after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they have notice.
