Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 3rd june 2024 are required by the executor appointed under the will, chris lequaietermaine of 5 falkland way, kinross, 6028 to send particulars of their claims within one (1) month of today’s date, after which date he may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
