In the matter of the estate of Adrian Morgsy Theman Morgan (previously Adrian Miles Morgan), late of 10 Sandridge Street, Banksia Grove, Western Australia 6031, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the above-named deceased, who died between 5th July 2024 and 9th July 2024, are required by the administrator Kingsley James Morgan to send the particulars of their claims to Kingsley James Morgan of po box 292, Kalamunda wa 6926, within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
