Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 22/07/2022, are required by the trustee Mr Kurt Anthony Bajaky of po box 295, subiaco wa 6904 to send particulars of their claims to him by the 1st day of october 2023, after which date the trustee may convey, or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
