Order made by the Governor in Executive Council under the Country Areas Water Supply Act 1947 section 9(1)(b) regarding the Yalgoo Water Reserve. The boundaries of the Yalgoo Water Reserve are altered and defined by reference to coordinates annexed to the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation Plan DWERVT6443 and shown outlined in bold on that plan.
