In the estate of James Bramble Downes, late of Clarence Estate Residential Health and Aged Care, 55 Hardie Road, Albany, Western Australia. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person, who died on 30 October 2016, are required by the executors of the deceased’s estate, being Kerry Lynne Poole and Kevin James Downes care of Angus Tibbits Solicitors, Suite 9, 73 Calley Drive, Leeming, Western Australia, to send particulars of their claims to them by 21 April 2017, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
