Notice is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of section 48 of the Partnership Act 1895 that a partnership previously subsisting between Phoon Dentistry Pty Ltd (ACN 161 232 659) as trustee for Nguyen Phoon Family Trust and Debsan Pty Ltd (ACN 093 131 938) as trustee for the Sivdass Family Trust, carrying on business at Unit 2, 10 Sunlander Drive, Currambine, Western Australia under the name Sunlander Dental Centre has been dissolved by Robert Allan Jacobs, Receiver and Manager of the partnership on 8 May 2018, in accordance with section 46 of the Partnership Act 1895 and pursuant to an Order of the Supreme Court of Western Australia made on 13 June 2017.
