In the matter of the estate of John Gerard Mcgowan, late of 1/16 Kayle Street, North Perth in Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 22 July 2017, are required by the administrator, Keith Mcgowan, 14a Nova Lane, North Perth, wa 6006, to send particulars of their claim by one month from the publication of this notice after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he has notice.
