Terence Paul Fox late of 2/8 Grose Way, Noranda, Western Australia, who died on 19 August 2025, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of his estate are required by the executor, Timothy Shaw of 11 Ruby Way, Maida Vale, Western Australia to send particulars of their claims within 30 days of this notice to the trustee at the above address, after which the trustee may distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
