Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of joyce branston, of opal melville, 15 cottrill street, myaree, western australia, who died on 5 june 2019, are required by the personal representative andrew branston to send particulars of their claims to irdi legal, 248 oxford street, leederville, 6007 by 25 september 2019, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
