Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of Mary Margaret Ann Rowe, deceased, who died on the 4th day of March 2017 at Peel Health Campus, Lakes Road, Greenfields in the said state are required by the nominated executor, Enid Amelia Egerton of 6 Chyverton Corner, Erskine in the said state to send particulars of their claims to Peel Legal Barristers & Solicitors of [contact details redacted] of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she has then had notice.
