Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 28 april 2021 in subiaco, are required by the trustee dr enzo almonte care of hardless legal, [contact details redacted] by the 4th day of january 2022, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
