Made by the minister under section 67(2) of the act. This order is the building (s. 67 exemption) amendment order 2018. This order comes into operation as follows — (a) clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this order is published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the order — on the day after that day. This order amends the building (s. 67 exemption) order (no. 2) 2012. In clause 3(b) delete “in the period commencing on 19 december 2012 and ending on 31 december 2018.” and insert: on or after 19 december 2012.
