Notice of intended distribution of estate. David John Bailey, late of Unit 6, 2 Freshwater Parade, Claremont, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims are required by the executor Chrissy McConnel to send particulars of their claims to her at c/- Munro Doig PO Box 7346 Cloisters Square, Perth WA 6850 within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice. Probate was granted in Western Australia on 17 June 2024.
