This declaration is the biosecurity and agriculture management (prohibited organisms) declaration (no. 01) 2022. Each of the organisms listed below is declared under section 12(1) of the act to be a prohibited organism. Under section 22(1) of the act a prohibited organism is a declared pest for the whole of Western Australia. The organisms listed below are assigned to the control category 1 (c1)—exclusion under regulation 8(1)(a) of the biosecurity and agriculture management regulations 2013. All previous declarations under the act relating to the organisms specified below are revoked.
