These regulations are the state administrative tribunal amendment regulations (no. 2) 2018. These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 october 2018. These regulations amend the state administrative tribunal regulations 2004. In schedule 6 delete the item relating to the fair trading (retirement villages interim code) regulations 2018 and insert: fair trading (retirement villages interim code) regulations (no. 2) 2018 sch. 1 cl. 22(3)
